Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final and can not be returned, however exchanges are acceptable for any damaged products. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at email@example.com, within 24 hours of receiving the damaged products. We ask that you take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to the above email explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the situation, we will let you know If your return is accepted, and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package if accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not accept any open products. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
